Are the properties move-in ready or still under construction?
Various options are available.
We offer move-in ready luxury properties as well as off-plan or under-construction projects with flexible payment plans and customization possibilities. Fully bespoke villas are also an option.
Can you assist with the purchase process as a foreign buyer?
Absolutely!
We guide international buyers step by step: from reserving a property to legal support, NIE application, notary visits, and key handover.

What are the additional costs when purchasing a property in Spain?
On average, you should expect 10 to 13% on top of the purchase price, depending on the project.
This includes VAT (IVA) or transfer tax, notary fees, registration fees, and legal costs.
Can I purchase the property remotely?
Yes, we offer virtual viewings, digital contract signing, and remote assistance via trusted partners.
A full remote purchase is therefore possible, although we prefer local guidance if the client has the opportunity.

Yes. Many Spanish banks offer mortgages to non-residents for up to approx. 60–70% of the purchase value.
