This extensive documentation ensures you’re well-prepared and confident before travelling to Marbella.
Step 3: On-Site Inspection Trip
Upon arrival in Marbella, one of our experienced agents will personally accompany you to visit the selected villas or developments.
To make your stay even more enjoyable, the property visits can be combined with a sailing trip or a reservation at one of Marbella’s renowned restaurants—ensuring a perfect balance between business and pleasure.
Step 4: Administrative process
After we helped you find your exclusive dream home we help you throughout the entire administrative purchase process:

Step 5: Furnishing your luxury dream home
Should you wish to furnish your dream home we can help you do so with our luxury furnishing company HOMEINSPAIN :

- Get your interior design concept
- Furnishing, installation and aftercare
We take care of the delivery and installation of your furniture in Spain, so you can enjoy the Spanish climate immediately! Once a project is complete, our aftercare team remains a single point of contact for a range of services, including managed returns and warranties, reorders, furniture inventory and feedback management.
